A MESSAGE FROM VALERIE
In 2018, I made a decision to leave the business world and run for State Representative. I did it for a simple reason: because I believe that we need more "real people" in government and fewer politicians. With your support, I won - went to Harrisburg to work on keeping my promise to put your interests first and give our community a strong and rational voice. Today, I am happy to say that is exactly what I have done - protecting taxpayers from reckless government spending, fighting for fiscal responsibility, personal accountability, health care affordability and strong communities.
By working together with residents from every corner of the 44th District - and listening to the ideas and concerns of people from every walk of life - we are making a positive difference in Harrisburg and standing up to the special interests who want to take more and more of your hard earned money.
Now - with a new election season upon us - I hope to earn your support again. While we are making progress, there is more to do and changing Harrisburg isn't easy - but I know we can do it! Thinking about what we accomplished already - Driving new job growth, securing funding for community projects and improving education have been my priorities. It makes me excited for what we can do in the future.
Thank you for the honor of being your voice in Harrisburg. I hope I can earn your vote for State Representative once again so I can finish what we started.
